PiFi's patented Gravity-Flush technology keeps the drinking surface pristine. No floating hair, no soggy crumbs, just crystal-clear water your pet actually wants to drink.
Unlike flat trays that let hair and crumbs float all day, PiFi Sapphire uses gravity-powered hydrodynamics to flush debris away from your pet’s mouth the moment it lands. Cleaner water = more drinking, less illness, happier pets.
Plastic hides dirt. Glass reveals the truth. With a medical-grade glass reservoir and stainless steel tray, biofilm has nowhere to hide. Protect your pet from chin acne and bacteria with materials that are as easy to clean as your own dinnerware.
Built for the reality of multi-pet homes. Whether you have a thirsty dog or a clowder of cats, the massive 4L (1 gallon) capacity ensures you aren't refilling water every single day.
Cats evolved with a low thirst drive, making them prone to kidney disease and urinary blockages. PiFi's moving water and clean taste encourage more drinking, actively supporting long-term kidney and urinary health without forcing behavior change.
Feline chin acne is often caused by bacteria trapped in scratched plastic. PiFi's non-porous stainless steel tray is vet-preferred and dermatologist-approved for sensitive pets. Many owners see improvement within 2–3 weeks of switching.
Cats that avoid deep bowls will love PiFi's wide, shallow stainless steel tray. Less whisker fatigue means more comfortable drinking, and more water consumed throughout the day.
What goes into your pet's water matters just as much as what stays out. PiFi's triple-layer filtration system actively improves water quality at the molecular level, supporting urinary tract health and making every sip taste fresh enough that even the pickiest pets drink more.
PIFI All-in-one smart pet feeder that personalizes every meal, tracks wellness, and keeps you connected to your pets.
Have questions? We’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about the Sapphire Glass Pet Water Fountain — from its ultra-durable glass design to its whisper-quiet filtration system. Discover how it keeps water fresher, cleaner, and more appealing, so your pets stay hydrated and happy every day.
It is perfect for both! While cats love the trickling sound, the massive 4L (1 Gallon) capacity and wide, open stainless steel drinking tray provide plenty of room for all breeds of dogs.
Yes! Instead of a slimy "soup" of slobber and dropped kibble in traditional trays, our proprietary "Gravity-Flush" design actively accelerates the water stream, instantly washing heavy debris, dirt, and saliva off the drinking tray and down into the gap. The surface stays fresh and pristine.
The PiFi Sapphire is engineered for stability. Made of thick Borosilicate glass, a filled tank is heavy and firmly planted. Just ensure it is placed directly on a flat, stable floor.
We recommend a quick cleaning every 1 to 2 weeks. To make cleanup easy, the stainless steel tray, tray support, and connecting tube are all dishwasher-safe. The glass tank is hand-wash only. Never submerge the water pump, USB-C cable, or base in water.
For optimal freshness and kidney health benefits, replace the filter every 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how many pets use the fountain.
No, it’s ultra-quiet (<30dB). You won't hear an annoying mechanical hum—just a gentle, natural trickling sound that instinctively encourages pets to drink more.
Yes. We use thick, highly durable laboratory-grade Borosilicate glass. To ensure the gravity mechanics work and to prevent tipping, it must always be placed on a flat, stable floor (never on elevated counters or soft rugs).
A typical 50-pound dog drinks 25–50 oz daily. Our 4-liter tank provides roughly 2 to 3 days of fresh water for a medium-to-large dog, freeing you from daily refills.

"Skittles and Miss Kitty love the new water fountain. Miss Kitty was intimidated by the first one I had because the stream that comes up and out was too high on my first one. This is PERFECT on the Sapphire Glass Pet Water Fountain. I will try and get pictures of the kitties enjoying nice fresh water and add them to my review or your page."
"Really happy with this fountain. I love the clear glass design, its easy to see the water level at a glance, and it runs very quietly. Compared to other fountains Ive used, this one has a larger capacity and is much easier to clean. What really stood out to me is the self-cleaning feature. With regular bowls or older fountains, Id often notice food debris or dust, or even some buildup over time, which always made me a bit concerned about my dogs water quality. This one stays much cleaner, which gives me peace of mind. Both of my pups love it and took to it right away and seem to be drinking more water now!"
"Zoey, Butters and Willow love their new fountain. At first they were just wierded out at a new fountain, but now they drink more than ever!!"
"Great product and it's GREAT to know that the kids ( dogs) are drink dafe clean water"
"The cats love this fountain. It stays clean from dirt and hair and encourages the cats to drink more. They love the gentle fountain and the large tank size allows me to go out and not worry if they are low on water or spilled water while im out of the house. love"
"The claim is the bowl is glass, when in fact the bottom is plastic and the glass is only on the sides. I switched from plastic to stainless steel and wanted a 2nd water bowl, and an all-glass one sounded better than my stainless one. I returned my order because of this"
"I bought this for my dog Mario and he loves it. The fountain is very quiet and doesnt scare him at all. The water flow is gentle and steady, and the glass design feels clean and high quality. Its also easy to clean and holds enough water for a few days. Definitely worth it."
"The best part for me is how quiet it is. I keep it in my bedroom and theres no annoying humming, just a soft water sound. I literally forget its even on sometimes. My cat Daisy seems to like that too, she drinks more at night now."
"I didnt realize how gross my old fountain was until I got this for my kitty. The glass just feels cleaner overall. Also the wide top seems comfortable for her lumpy face"
"Not gonna lie, I bought this because it looks nicer than those plastic ones, but ended up loving it for how clean it stays. Yumi drinks more my kitchen looks better"
