Cleaning is easy and designed for everyday life.

• Remove the food tray and divider.
• Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
• Place the tray and divider in the dishwasher (top rack).

Tip: After cleaning, reinsert the divider all the way down to help avoid balance sensor errors.

PiFi is weather-resistant and rainproof, so it can work well in semi-outdoor spaces with overhead cover, like patios or roofed kennels.

For safety and long-term reliability, do not use the feeder submerged in water or under direct rain.

For the best food freshness and moisture control, we recommend replacing the desiccant bag every 30 days.

Yes. The PiFi Smart Feeder is made with high-quality, BPA-free, food-grade materials, so every meal stays safe, clean, and hygienic for your pet.

Yes. PiFi stores your pre-set feeding schedules locally on the feeder. If Wi-Fi is temporarily lost, PiFi will continue to dispense scheduled meals accurately and on time.

Yes, USB-C power is supported. For full functionality, we recommend using the main power adapter.

When powered by USB-C only, the feeder may enter a low-power mode where it still reliably dispenses scheduled meals, but features like live video may be limited.
